Just curious to know if it is possible.
Our client has a Progress 7 Database and for certain business reasons does not want to opt for migration but would still like to use WebSpeed 3.1 to access the Data in his database.
Any thoughts on how this can be done.
One Scenario which I had in mind was set up a
Progress 8 AppServer which Connects to the Progress 7 Database and then have the WebSpeed 3.1 Client connect to the Progress 8 Appserver.
But Kbase 20163 points out that this is not possible.
