word wrap

I recently had a new computer build with WindowsXP & Progress 9.1D, now all the edit boxes in my 9.1D application will not word wrap, and if I type <ENTER> into them I just see 2 square boxes (the kind you get with any undisplayable character)
Other people with WinXP do not have this problem.
I also don't get this problem if I view things through 9.1C

This seems to me to be a setting someplace, but I don't know what it could be, all my fonts are setup correctly.

Any Ideas?
