which function can set cursor into a special cell in browse

In programe ,when I finished inputing the last column,I want to auto insert a new row and set cursor to a special cell.
I try some functions,such as :current-column in browse. I 'm failed.

Have you tried

APPLY "ENTRY" TO [field name] IN BROWSE [browse-name].

after you have created the new row in the browse?
