I am using MERANT Driver 4.0 for Progress.
Juz a month ago, the settings for ODBC in my unix server database, my PC client have all been set. And the connection works just fine!
So the connection settings is definitely correct. I can even do a SQL query to my progress db !
Now...when i tried to do a connection...it kept coming up with this error: "Cannot spawn a server".
When I checked over the prooibk.lg in my unix server, it is like this:

Start Open Interface Broker. (2583)
0: Started for mybroke using tcp, pid 6027. (5644)
0: BROKER could not execute /data/dlc/bin/_prooidrv (1155)
0: OIDRVR server is spawned. (1892)
0: Broker could not spawn a server. (1157)
What exactly is going wrong?!
I have checked my PC settings env variables...., it is all correct.
Even the unix propath, promsgs...etc,... it is all there.
How come the BROKER could not execute /data/dlc/bin/_prooidrv
?
It is wierd.
