To change the default Date Format

The default date format is MDY in our Progress installation, I want to change it to DMY. I don’t want to use -d param. I have OE102b and OD Linux redhat 5.6.; is there any way file that we can modify to change the default date format or any other any way to change the Date Format of Progress Installation without reinstallting the software?

Look at startup.pf in $DLC

Put this in the first program
SESSIONATE-FORMAT = 'DMY'.

Changing it in startup.pf will change it for every session, no matter what program, unless you explicitly change it with another -d or a programmatic change, even a naked pro session with no start up program.
