testing for -m3 server process

I have my 3 server processes devided into 1 servertype 4GL started by _mprosrv en 2 servertypes SQL started using the -m3 option. For some reason I still need to find the -m3 processes stop from time to time for unknown and untraceble reasons. At least not from the .lg file.
I am now looking to run scripts to test for the existence of the -m process. Is there a progress commandline command to test for this similar to the proutil -C busy or -C holder commands?

Otherwise I will probably have to walk the painfull route of capturing the output of promon R&D option 1, 3 into a file and scanning the file for the port numbers.

Anyway, any help is very welcome.
