Hi All, Please help .. While running one progress program i am getting the below error...""system error:bkaddr called with negative blkaddr: -32421849""

This notebook entry deals with error 762.
SYSTEM ERROR: bkaddr called with negative blkaddr: <number> (762)
 
WHAT DOES THE ERROR MEAN?
The error message indicates that there is index corruption. There is an index entry that points to a bad dbkey.
 
WHAT CAUSES THE CORRUPTION?
The dbkey corruption is caused by hardware failure (disk, controller, firmware, etc).
 
WHAT ARE THE CORRECTIVE MEASURES?
First, the hardware problem needs to be diagnosed. Contact the hardware vendor for the best course of action. Once the hardware
problem is corrected, the error can be resolved by running a full index rebuild.
 
OTHER SYMPTOMS?
This error is usually preceded by other PROGRESS errors and sometimes hardware logs. The most common PROGRESS error is the 1124.
SYSTEM ERROR: wrong dbkey in block, found , should be (1124)
