Hi,

I've been battling my way through the database admin guide and still struggling to get where I want. There are a number of tools out there, there's terminology that is not necessarily easy to map to terminology in either Sybase, SQL server, Oracle, DB2...
So I've done a number of databases and have always been able to find some manuals that are more like guides than references (which is what I have now)
I have created a DB (from copy), I started a broker, but I'm still struggling with setting up the Openedge Management console.

I may have been looking in all the wrong places, but is there something like a step-by-step/getting started guide?

I have the Progress OE 10 documentation. There is a OE Management and OE Explorer section.
There is a section called Setting Up OE Management or OE Explorer for the first time.

From another post it sounds like you have OE 11, but I would expect the doc to be similar.
