Futrend Technology Inc is seeking a self-motivated, innovative,
client-oriented hard working professional to be a part of our
talented Progress consulting team.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers, end users, and other IT associates
* Based on customer's requirements, document the functional and
technical design; development and test the technical solutions
* Install PROGRESS, MFG/PRO and other software packages for the
client; Perform system interface, integration and implementation
with third party software such as Oracle Financial system
* Handle other support activities that are necessary to ensure
stable production systems.

Required Qualifications:

* Proven 4+ years working experience in Progress (experience with
Version 9 is a must); 1 year with Webspeed
* Experience with MFG/PRO version 8.6 and up. (eB and eB Desktop
is a plus)
* Required Technical knowledge in UNIX, Windows NT/2000
* Must have ability to evaluate problems and issues, and provide
the sound technical solutions to meet and exceed customer's
expectations
* Must be detail oriented to think and cover potential scenarios
and possible short falls
* Ability to learn quickly and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to develop realistic estimates and schedules and meet them
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or Statistics or
equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:
* Working experience and knowledge with Gelco Travel Manager
or Oracle Financial is a big plus
* Industry knowledge in discrete manufacturing or distribution
is desired
* Experience in CMM and SDLC is a plus.
