QAD 2008 SE and .Net UI Installation

HI Gents,

I need to install QAD 2008 Standard Edition and .Net UI on fresh Linux box, i have not done this in past.
Can you please guide me what all I need to have handy with me while installing(like Java, webspeed, tomcat etc etc) and appreciate if i will get a link for any installation guide.
