Protected Menu Syteline

Our company has been running Syteline 4.00.02 now for several years. We purchased the source code and have made many modifications. I have a request from a department to put the Edit ->Reprint option from Order Invoicing report into the user Quick menu. Attempts to view the properties of Reprint in order to determine the location of the Reprint function result in the error that the menu is protected. Does anyone know how to remove the protection or disable it?

We are on version 6 so not sure if file/field names would have changed.
The protection is in file sys-menu. I think the menu name
m-id = "co-act" and the field m-protect(logical). I usually put the protection back on when finished.
