Softpak The Netherlands (Rotterdam) established in 1977, offers an
integrated logistics information solution to Harbour related companies
such as Shipping Agents (Cargadoors), NVOCC's (Non Vessel Operating
Container Carriers), Forwarders, Warehousing (WMS) and Container
Terminals and Depots. The customers of Softpak are located in the
big seaports of The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Great Britain,
France and Germany.
In total 25 employees are building and marketing new Progress applications
for this dynamic industry, whereby most of the data is distributed
electronically (Internet, XML, EDIfact etc) to the concerned parties.
Due to the successful roll-out of our Progress products to new clients,
we are looking for a Progress Programmer. The candidate should have
working experience with the latest Progress technology (version 9.1 -
GUI) and if possible with building E-Commerce applications.
Softpak offers good primary and secondary working conditions with a
lot of independence in an international environment.
Only applications from candidates will be accepted and candidates
should have a working permit and be fluent in the Dutch language
(English - good).
