Dmitri: This is a lock on the pro2 target (Oracle or MSSQL). The Pro2 product checks to see if the target row is locked before it tries to update, and if it is, it skips the target row. However, during a create, if the target table is locked, it will block until the lock wait timeout is hit. Make sure all reporters on the Pro2 target have an isolation level of READ UNCOMMITTED so no queries escalate to table locks.
