Having a SESSION-MANAGED client (note the name differs from 'state-aware' or any of the other Classic AppServer mode names) is only possible from an ABL client (APSV transport). The REST, SOAP and WEB transports currently only support SESSION-FREE clients and so there is no session stickiness.
