Hi - Do you see any errors in the console logs? Ideally, the server on which you are running the rollbase installation should have the email configuration set to send emails on the specified port and host name. Refer to the documentation @ documentation.progress.com/.../ . If you dont see anything on the console, then please try setting 'ShowDebugInfo=true' in the shared properties and perform fresh installation. This should emit any email config related errors on the console. Regards.
