Progress 400 DS License Update

Can any Progress 400 Data Server users shed some light on this ridiculous problem...

We just purchased additional licenses for the Progress 400 DS and to my shock and dismay, Progress tells me that I have to do a complete reinstall to activate the additional licenses. Apparently they never wrote a PROUPDT utility into this product.

I find this hard to believe, but pre sales and tech support have both independently verified it several times.

Please tell me someone else out there has experienced this and discovered a way to do it. And if you haven't, I'd love to hear your take on it, just to see if I'm over reacting! :blue:
