Programm not start in Qad.net

Help solve the problem.
Qad.net 2.8 installed on OE10.1B-sp3 and MFG / Pro 2.1sp-4.
Run qad.net, only work requests, and the program does not start, I get an error"Unable to get idle session.Reason: getanidlsession: the initializing session did not become idle within 20 000 milliseconds"

You should have used the same thread that you initially created with "unable to get idle session". I think you qad .net is not installed correctly, it complains about not finding "wbgp06.i". Try to restart your environment and try again.
