Printing Errors

I am in the process of an upgrade to V9 from 8-6e i have a HP laser 5000 set up in 8-6e but when i use the same set of CTRL codes in v9 the printer picks up A3 every time all though the code is set for A4,

the codes i have used in 8-6e are

/027E/027&l0O/027(8U/027(s0p10h12v0s0b3T/027&l66P
/027&l2E/027&l7.8689C/027&l66F
/027E/027&l0O/027(0U/027(s0p16.66h8.5v0s0b0T/027&l
70P/027&l2E/027&l7.8689C/027&l70F

ive added /027&l26a

also i tried this

/027&k0S

/027&k2S/013

it prints A4 but i only get the top line of the report

Any ideas plz

I know it may be a little late to do this, as its been working in 8.6e but have you checked the default paper type on the printer?

I allways use a Initialis. ctrl: /027E/027&0t1x0s1h26A/027&k2G

I think I hade a similar problem 15 years ago! The problem then was that the printer didn't react correct on CR (Unix only sends CR, not CR/LF) The command Esc&k2G - makes the printer understand CR as CR/LF.
