PLAN and SHIP SDP code change process

I want to know what is the process to change the SDP code in 7.3.13 (schedules) .

If i am changing the SDP codes fromlets say 14 to 10 , then should i go in the 7.5.1 and 7.5.2 also and change the SDP code there.

Now what will happen to new releases coming through EDI, wheather they will be updated with current SDP codes or previous SDP codes.

The setting in 7.3.13, to my knowledge is used as a default for manually entered 7.5.1 and 7.5.2 schedules. It's my understanding that changing it in 7.3.13 has no affect until a new schedule is key'd. If you want to see the changes immediately then you'll need to make the changes also in 7.5.1 and 7.5.2 for the schedules being affected.
