Period Balances

I am working on a NxTrend SX.enterprise version 4.4 system and I am trying to find out how the period balances for a customer are calculated when there are memo service charges, memo misc credits and memo unapplied cash. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to give.

There is an AO option that determines whether or not those special transactions are "aged"... If "aged" then they are part of each period balance; if not "aged" they remain "current".

Do you know - I am usually more solid when its my period - weird eh?

I am trying the Calcium that Linda suggests, and touch wood this week it has been OK.
