Suppose I created a new "Dialog" in progress App Builder, the Dialog is Stand-Alone and it's working fine.
After creating a new "Window" and adding a menu-bar... I call the already-created & running Dialog from one of the Menu-Bar's items. After doing so, the previous Dialog which used to run alone will not be able to run unless it is is called from the menu-bar's item. find Attached the error message when trying to run the Dialog alone. Note that I noticed a creation of the main-Window menu-items inside the dialog in the form of triggers. (also note that I called the dialog .W and .R from the main window)
