OUTPUT STREAM pstream TO /dev/tty BINARY.

Instead of

OUTPUT STREAM pstream TO TERMINAL BINARY.

Simon,

Doing the output to file is the best solution so far except for the fact that the menus don't redisplay correctly afterwards.

Every option I've tried which outputs to the terminal in any way has resulted in the terminal mapping being included in the file.
