I just wanted to let everyone know.... I got ahold of the current development version of vBulletin (2.2.6) and just installed it... this fixes any issues between vBulletin and PHP 4.2.0. The guest posts are now showing properly again, and not being shown as on your ignore list. Thanks for your patience!
