Interface to MfgPro

I am looking for help on finding information of the interface method to MfgPro. Is there an API interface or are updated performed via the database?
Where is the best place to find this information in a hurry?
I just need basic information for the moment.

MFG/PRO has a CIM Load function in the System Manager Module. You just format your data accordingly and run the CIM load it will update the database as if someone is entering into the system via a keyboard.

In UNIX, you can even use PIPE to upload data.
