One MUST be an MFG/Pro Guru. One needs to be a decent MFG/Pro DBA, and one can be a 7 out of 10 QAD generalist…

2.) What is your desired bill rate? Try not to be vague, give me a specific, I am still working it out with the client, so tell me what you need, but also be competitive, and allow me a little wiggle room…
3.) Where are you located? I need to tell them about how much expenses would be.
