Hola, I am searching for a hosting company that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a host. someone suggested me chime host - http://www.chimehost.com however I notice not many sites advertising them. I see bluehost on hosting review sites but they require advance payment for the discounted price. suggestions please?

You don't mention what features you're looking for in hosting. That would be useful. If you're just looking for the basics check out http://www.meirhosting.net/ I was with them for a number of years and speed and customer service were second to none.
