Hardware for QAD 2009SE

We are in the planning stages of the upgrade and I'm wondering if anyone has a reflection on hardware. If you are running QAD 2009SE, what you are running it on now? Do you recommend it? What is the new standard for this version?

QAD 2009SE + .NET 2.8.1
all in one virtual server

Dont be hardware dependant !
work verry well in wmware virtual machine
physical host : DELL poweredge 1950 dual quad xeon + EMC 310 fiber channel 4GB

virtual machine : 8 Vcpu, Redhat RHEL 5.4, 14 Gb

Testing migration in 64 bits on centos 5.5 x64 32 Gb
