Error when maintain Work Order Menu 16.1

After Key in the Site and Press F2, error occurs. Error msg as followed:

"Error: CRC for flsd_det does not match CRC in trigger\wow.t. Try compiling".

Anyone experience this issue before?

You must recompile your program. Someone changed the data dictionary and then you must recompile this program and maybe others more. If you don't have source code, try to restore a backup.
