I have inserted a environment variable in win2000 for the directory of my application. For example XYZ = C:\XYZ.
Now I try to start a backround programm for my application in procontrol with this environment variable, but it doesn´t work. I got the message: "can´t find executable."
I tried it not only one time. I changed the calling of the variable 10 times and nothing happend. The call of my variable looks like this: %XYZ%. I also entered the variable in the environment variables in procontrol. No changes!
My progress version is 9.1D08.
Does anybody have a solution for me?
