Dump/Load & Sequence Attributes

I am in the process of migrating to a new piece of hardware and one thing I have noticed is that my sequence numbers that I use in a webspeed program have started over at 1. I have performed a dump and load and when I go into the Sequence Editor I am able to see that the sequence attributes are set correctly. So I increased the initial value thinking if I could just set it above the last value then it would be fine. However it just picks up where it left off before I changed the value. Any ideas? Did I miss a step when I did the dump and load? I am still in the testing phase of this migration so I can change my migration script if needed.

Some facts:
Upgrade Red Hat 2.1 to 4.8
Upgrade Progress 9.1d to 9.1e (until we upgrade MFG/Pro that is as high as I can go)

Thanks in Advance!

Sequence values are dumped and loaded seperate from data. There is an option to dump the sequence values, it creates a _seqval.d file which you load back into your new database as the last step of your load process.
