Date conditions

This may be a simple question for some of you, but I have been tryin to figure this out for 2 days now. On the conditions page, how would I set the condition on a date field to return values for the current date -1. One problem may be that the date field also contains the time, ex. 1/1/2001 01:00:30 pm. I need to pull records where the date part is... basicly yesterday or the current system date minus 1.
