Database Start: sports2000

I am using 10.2A on windows. When I try to start database sports2000 in progress explorer it throws message:"Error in startup of databse localhost:20931:sports2000. Message: 10:00:17 BROKER ** This process terminated with exit code 1.(8619)(JUNMsg024)"
