CIM process

I am looking for documentation on the CIM process in QAD. We are using version 8.5E on Progress 7.3

Can any one help? Unfortunately, the QAD support site is not an option for some reason.

Are you looking for the PDF file ? Look for manager_functions.pdf onthe QAD site. If you like i can send it to you. If has the complete CIMhowto in it.
