Bus Error(48)

Hi,

What may be the reason for bus error, when coming out of the application.

Can anyone help me to resolve this.

Looking through ther knowledge base it appears to be only happening in old versions of Progress. What is you r progress version and what type of application is it?
Is it run from script then look at KB 15426 for possible answer to your problem.

Progress version we r using is OpenEdge - 10.0B05.
Application is running in Unix Environment. While coming out of one Menu [ by pressing F4], the error is occuring

I haven't seen this in many years, but it used to be an indication of corrupted r-code, so you might try recompiling.
