Appbroker Error - Unable to start additional servers

Good moring,
Not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but hoping someone could shed some light on this issue. I have customer running Progress 9.1D on Sco Unixware 7.1.1, the software that we use utilized an appbroker to connect the GUI clients to the database, recently we have been hitting a message on the clients that their are "NO SERVERS AVAILABLE". The following errors appear in the log file;

It appears that something in the O/S is stopping Progress from spawning additional appbrokers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
