App servers running out.

I'm running Progress with OpenEdge 10.1B

I have a suspect table that each time the system maxed out, this table "LicUser" displays a blank field where the CurUserID is support to populate.

Maybe there is a machine on our network with a faulty NIC, but has access to write to this table, and each time it's writing garbage? The other columns on this row are populate, but the CurUserID is blank.

Update:

I viewed that table using the "Report" function in the "Data Dictionary," and it is a <m> field, so how the other columns are populated, but this one it blank, I do not know. But, each time the "ghost users" populated this table, it maxes out our MRP software, Vista 8.03.405B.
