Now that I have discovered this forum, I will try and drop in from time to time and answer questions.
In case anyone here doesn't know, people who have active maintenance contracts directly with Actuate can use the Actuate Customer Forums to get additional information and assistance with ACtuate products. In addition, customers of Actuate's OEM partners can apply for access and, if approved by their OEM supplier (such as MRO), will be given access. Finally, independent consultants known to Actuate as having expertise in Actuate's products may be allowed access.
