Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to set up a window so you can't move it across the screen.

No, there isn't any way to do this in Progress. There might be a Windows API call to set this for a window, but I didn't see how to do this. You might want to check out http://www.global-shared.com/api and see if you can get any pointers on how to do this there.
