Vertex 1.3 & QAD85g miscalculating Tax

Peggers,
We are running Mfg/Pro 8.5g and Vertex 1.3 as our tax management package. On one tax zone (480330650 Seattle WA) we have a tax exempt customer who is charged a local tax vq-40 by vertex. All other taxes are calculated properly and all other tax zones appear to work correctly.

Please help my this is driving me insane If I wasn't already there!

Hi Jim,

This is likely to be a problem either with your Vertex setup or the Vertex
Quantum software itself, rather than with MFG/PRO. QAD Customer Support in
Mt. Laurel can put you in touch with Vertex directly to discuss it. It may
sound like a cumbersome path to resolve your problem, but in my experience
the Vertex personnel are very responsive and helpful about this sort of
thing.
