Hello,

I've just recently enterred a Progress/4GL development team. They hired me not for my knowledge of 4GL, but for my skills in VB, VC++. I am required to learn Progress and 4GL, but aside from the manuals, I'm afraid that I don't know where to begin as I have seen little documentation or education on the topics. Can anyone suggest any literature or sites from which I could begin the process?

In the manual set there is a tutorial, try working your way through that as a first step.

If you know VB your half way there as far as the UI is concerned.
