Please clarify me the forced stop would have been a reason of slowness of database reading.
while the progress database backup was being done from production to test, User was forcely closed the proenv window which made the database to be down.
then I restarted the database and other related services.
following day, user is having the intermittent slow of the application which reads the data from the progress database.
what are the likelihood of issues by forced to stop the backup in the middle?
