I am trying to connect to a Progress database using the DataDirect 4.10 32 Bit Progress SQL92 v9.1E ODBC driver.
I am getting an error: [datadirect][odbc progress driver]invalid attribute in connection string: description.[datadirect][odbc progress driver][progress]-219901
The server is Progress Version 9, running on a linux server.
The client is Windows Server 2003 SP2. The client does have SQL Server 2005 installed (we are trying to use the linked server feature in SQL server to access the progress datasource).
In the ODBC Administrator applet in Windows, the test connect returns the error. We have numerous other client systems that connect to the Progress database using the same parameters I am using here. They all work fine.
Any assistance much appreciated.
