MRP & Intersite Orders

Dear Peggers :
I have problems with my MRP information.
We had make an analysis and we found that the problem is focused in the our
Intersite Ordes.

When we run the MRP process, the system suggest some Intersite Requirements
with status "A" (Assign).
When we need this requirements we change their status to "F" or we cancelled
the requirement.

The problem appears in the Intersite Orders Reception, the system dont
cancelledor delete it from the system.
So the requirements stand pending and we have a bad MRP information.

QUESTIONS
Someone have this problem?
What is the sequence process for the intersite orders that you use????

Status = P Planned i/s request put out by MRP
Status = F Approved or hard entered i/s request
Status = A I/S request has been attached to a distribution order

It should be approved before it is attached to a d/o. It should not
be attached to a d/o until you are ready to make it. The d/o is
shipped and received, the status stays at an A. I have noticed
problems when someone would go back in and change it back to an F
after attachment. You can leave it at a "A", with quantity open = 0,
or you can manually change it to a status C, but don't change it back
to an F.
