How to fix _ovrly error version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 ?

Dear there,
Please tell me how to fix an error "_ovrly:relocation error: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 when installing progress 9.1D on either CentOS 5.3 or RHEL 5.3 ? For the details, please refer to my attachment. Thanks.

9.1D is ancient, obsolete and unsupported. Regardless of platform.
