Error How Can I Delete A Formula Code In Qad Ee 2013?

Hi all, I have a prolem when I want to delete a formula code.

- I created a formula for a new item that named 123.
- After that, I want to create a alternate formula for 123. I created a formula code named 123-01.
- And then, I used program 13.15 Alternate structure Maintenance to assign 123-01 become an alternate formula for 123.
- When I want to delete formula code 123-01, I used program Alternate Structure Maintenance to delete 123-01. - After that, I used program Formula Code Maintenance to delete 123-01.

But I got an error message: "Delete not allows. Product Structure exists. Please re-enter".

I have not yet created any work orders related alternate formula 123-01, and I have not yet create components for 123-01 too.

Could you tell me that what problem do I have? And How can I delete the formula code?

Hang, I just tested your steps in 2014EE and I was able to successfully delete the formula code for 123-01. Somewhere, there's a BOM or formula associated with it... I suspect that deleting the alternate BOM didn't work.

I would check in 13.5 and 15.5 to make sure there are no records there for 123-01, and that 123-01 does not show up as a component to 123 in either place. If it's a formula, you may not be able to maintain it in 13.5, but I'd check anyway.
