Find out what cipher suite is used to establish connection to OA SDK Server

In custom OA SDK IP implementation there is no way how OA SDK Server can provide information to the IP about what cipher suite was used to establish the connection between client and server. Introduce a way how IP can retrieve information about what cipher suite was used to establish the connection to OA SDK Server.
