I encounter this error:

I used the activeX windows browse, well it works fine except when not selecting desktop as target directory. I saw this code on Knowledge Base #18823 about activex automation to invoke windows browse. Is there something to do with my OS? my OS is Windows XP SP2 and im using progress 9.1c. Don't know where to start checking..
