Due Date & End Date

Can someone tell me what the difference is between Due Date and End Date on jobs in Syteline?

Its been a while and I cannot recall the actual use of "End Date", however,
wasn't "Due Date" intended to be the delivery to customer date? Orders "Due Date" could "backflush" or be used in production scheduling using the "Due Date". Can be inclusive of shipping times.
At least it did years ago... I'd bet that hasn't changed since 2000... and earlier in various versions of Syteline, Syman etc...
