Add a printer to Syteline

I am new to ERP and Syteline so forgive me if this is a simple question. We have a list of label printers that all work well. When the user logs in and opens their app to print a label there is a dropdown of printers to choose from. I was tasked with adding a new printer which I did. It is on the network in a print server (the same as all of the other label printers) but this does not show up in the list. Is there a place in Sytline I need to specify the name / location of printers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To anyone who still has this question, with Syteline Infor ERP open, CTRL + O, and look for or start typing "Printers" and open the Printer form and create a new record to add a printer. Further, depending on the situation, you then may need to create a "Background Task Definition" (open that form just like the Printer form) for your task and assign it to the new printer.
