item browse change default

Hello, I'm sure this is a very basic question but I'll ask anyway. In item browse, or any browse for that matter, how can you change the default search criteria globally in QAD 2014SE? I am aware of saving favorites but I want this to change the search for everyone. Thanks in advance!
